Consulting and business background

Steve started to work as an executive coach at a Praesta Partners in 2006 and set up his own practice early in 2009.

Before this, he had spent over a decade providing strategic advice to senior leaders at international companies as well as to entrepreneurs. Steve has run companies and started some others, so he has real-world experience. He is used to helping people deal with dynamic change and uncertainty, to develop new thinking and to help create big, new ideas.

His training was at The School of Coaching in London.
