Steve’s work as an executive leadership coach and mentor has been with senior leaders from organisations including Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Linklaters, Accenture, L’Oreal Paris, Catlin, Universal Music Group, The Home Office, The Foreign & Commonwealth Office, The Ministry of Justice, the Police and The UK Border Agency. He also coaches at Chief Executive level for large local authorities.

As such, he helps leaders deal with the major issues facing business, the civil service, politics and the public sector.
